The Devil Wears Prada 1) Is this a realistic portrayal of the fashion lather? I believe the movie is a fair hark back ear at the inside of the fashion industry. Granted there be several Hollywood liberties taken to move to tosh along, entirely when looking at the office culture and the fundamental interaction amongst the management, the staff and de signalers I believe there is a knowledgeableness of truth. The book The Devil Wears Prada was written by Lauren Weisbruger, who based real(a) experiences she and her friends had in their first jobs in New York for this story. 2) Do you commend that Andy would conform to gotten the job at Runway? Absolutely non. In like a shots highly competitive job market coiffe Andy would befuddle never gotten passed Human Resources. Andy returnly did not book it off her audience or know what position she was consultationing for when she oppose Miranda. Andy did not know who Miranda was or that s he was the editor-n-chief of Runway. Andy was not familiar with the time and it was taken for granted(predicate) she was not a reader of it. This is a clear sign that Andy did no research prior to her interview. Andy was dressed unsuitably for the interview in my opinion. Even if she was not dressed in high-end causation clothes, she still had a very unprofessional exposefit to be interviewing in.

I agree with Emilys summary of her wardrobe a frumpy blue sweater and a grandma skirt. 3) Would Miranda have given Andy a good testimony? The movie ends on a good note, Miranda giving Andy a positiv e pass at the New York Mirror newspaper. ! I believe this tribute was completely egress of charter for a woman reciprocal Miranda and would not have been the case in the real world. Miranda intelligibly showed her true self when she organized a coup to revivify her job. She promised Nigel a position with James Holt but sold him out to save herself. Since Andy quit Runway and thus quit Miranda, I think she would have held a grudge and never suck down herself to recommend Andy.If you want to get a panoptic essay, baffle it on our website:
